The iPad continues to make its mark in the Digital Workplace, this time with new ways to engage employees in benefits programmes. In its article iPad engagement boosts benefits uptake, the Workplace Savings and Benefits website reports on a new app from benefits provider Personal Group. They report a leap from 15% to 50% uptake of benefits programmes for their clients.
Technology entrepreneur and The Digital Workplace author Paul Miller comments in the article that allowing employees to interact with a presentation would raise the level of employee engagement: “Now communicating one way isn’t enough. You have to enable people to comment, to post questions, to rate things.”
